1. Exchange Policy
- Without prejudice to any statutory or contractual warranty, the consumer is entitled to request the exchange of a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Exchange requests submitted after the expiry of this period shall not be accepted.
- Exchange shall only be accepted if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
- The Store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the exchange in order to verify its condition and eligibility.
- The consumer shall bear the shipping costs associated with exchange requests. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear full shipping costs and shall be responsible for delivering the product to the designated shipping carrier.
- If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error in the product delivered, the Store shall bear all shipping and handling costs, and the consumer shall be compensated or provided with a replacement in accordance with applicable regulations.
Cases in Which Exchange Is Not Permitted
- Products manufactured according to the consumer’s custom specifications or personal requests (including customized brooch designs), except where the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
- Products that exhibit damage resulting from the consumer’s misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
2. Return Policy
- Without prejudice to statutory or contractual warranty rights, the consumer may request to cancel the order and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Return requests submitted after this period shall not be accepted.
- Return eligibility requires that the product be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories, labels, and packaging intact and free from any damage.
- The Store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the return to ensure compliance with return conditions.
- The consumer shall bear shipping and return costs. For international returns, the consumer shall bear full shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the designated shipping carrier.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the product delivered, the Store shall bear all associated costs, and the consumer shall be refunded the full amount paid.
- Upon receipt of the returned product at the Store’s warehouse and confirmation of its condition, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days, after deducting applicable shipping fees (if any).
Cases in Which Return Is Not Permitted
- Products manufactured according to the consumer’s custom specifications or personal requests, except where the product is defective or not conforming to the agreed specifications.
- Products that show damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or non-compliant handling by the consumer.
3. General Provisions
- This Policy is issued in accordance with the E-Commerce Law, its Implementing Regulations, and all applicable consumer protection regulations enforced by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The Store reserves the right to update or amend this Policy to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Any update shall be deemed effective upon publication on the Store’s website.
- The consumer’s use of the Store’s website or application constitutes explicit acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and provisions of this Policy.
